About Me

Have enjoyed teaching yoga classes and assorted courses for many years and also developed an adapted sequence that I taught full time to seniors for 10 years. Learned Thai yoga massage from 2003-2005 and became certified as a teacher in 2005. Have taught Thai Yoga massage to hundreds of people since then and I am an Approved CE provider registered with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) based in the United States. In 2009 I combined my training and experience in Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage and developed a system of passive assisted yoga stretches that I call Applied Yoga Therapy.
