About Me

I came from a background in Athletic Therapy and Pedorthics. My spiritual leader is the Dalai Lama. I have attended 2 Kalachakra's and have traveled extensively though India. When I first started to teach yoga , I sustained a very serious back injury that kept me from teaching for years. Now I am healthy and starting a new career focused on teaching Yin.
