About Me
I have been practicing yoga for many years ,as my life began to slow down I felt compelled to share what I love . I completed teacher training at Yoga West . I teach weekly classes and am available for private classes. I completed Superhealth Training for addictions on 2014 in New Mexico with Mukta Kaur Khalsa
I am also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Gong training with Hari Singh Khalsa , Mehtab Benton and Don Conreaux
