About Me

I am looking forward to teaching. Longevity is important to me, and teaching people safe and healthy practices to sail them through all years of their life, would be my goal. I believe yoga can provide many things for many people.
I currently work in law enforcement, and see the need for this within the correctional field, as well as all emergency response personnel. If I could pass on just a glimmer of that 'amazingness' I've discovered through yoga, it would be well worth it. Yoga for everyone, everywhere....!
