About Me
Yoga became part of life about 5 years ago and I fell in love with the practice. About 2 years ago, I started to do hot yoga which deepend my love of the practice more than I ever thought it would. With my full time Monday to Friday 9 to 5 corporate stressful job, yoga is something that I rely on now to find balance my life daily. I decided that I would like to share my love of yoga with others through teaching it.
