About Me
I am on a wonderfully spiritual journey of reconnecting to myself and I found yoga along the way and it opened my heart further. I adore teaching children about connecting to themselves and I enjoy seeing them sing the Radiant Child songs and do the corresponding poses while they feel the love within:)
About My Service
Kids Connect teaches children how to connect to their hearts and live in the present moment. Children will explore these concepts through activities such as yoga, creative movement, present moment awareness, stories, singing, crafts, discussion, relaxation and meditation.
