About Me

I began my yoga journey as a stiff volleyball player. Slowly falling in love with the practice I kept at it with much patience. After playing volleyball for eight years I decided to start a new chapter in my life and I knew yoga was the path for me. Deciding to do my 200 hour teacher training, which not only deepened my practice immensely in every aspect (spiratually, physically, and mentally) but also taught me how to become more intuative with myself. Teaching my classes with enthusiasm from the heart and soul I plan to make an uplifting impact on my students on how to love life and remain stress free!

About My Service

90 minute Bikram series, as well as 60 minute hot series. Also trained in flow and power yoga.
