About Me

I am a chiropractor, health coach, and meditation instructor in addition to being a yoga teacher. In addition to my 300 hour teaching training program, I continue to take workshops with a variety of teachers including Ross Rayburn, Desiree Rumbaugh, Cynthia Cooperstone, Michael Siddall, etc.
I also teach anatomy for teacher training programs and for immersions.
