About Me

I was born and raised in Ontario. After graduating with a Fine Arts Degree from York University I moved to the West Coast: Vancouver & Victoria where I lived for over 12 years. During that time, I spent 6 months in a log cabin on Gabriola Island off the coast of Vancouver Island where I created a series of paintings based on nature and spirit.

After that my focus shifted to health and wellness as a career direction and I subsequently became certified as a Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher and in various Holistic Health disciplines including Classical Homeopathy, Herbology, Intuitive Bodywork, Aura Soma Colour System, Reiki Master and Chair Massage.
