Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Therapy +Sound Healing
I completed an in-depth training in Frosted Crystal Bowls Sound Bath .This course went far beyond simply learning how to play bowls. It explored the science of sound healing, including brainwave states, cymatics, Dr. Emoto’s water research, binaural beats, and the role of intention in transformation.
I learned:
The theory and benefits of sound therapy for the body, mind, and emotions
How to play and balance crystal bowls, from a single bowl to a full set
Techniques to create harmony, evoke emotion, and guide participants into deep relaxation
How to structure and lead a complete sound bath, set up the space, and work with clients
This training gave me both practical tools and scientific insights, enabling me to create meaningful, safe, and transformative sound bath experiences for my students.
