We are a small family based studio on the westside of Kelowna-
working with children of all ages from birth all the way too 100!!

We focus on using props (yoga rope wall) and silk swings making yoga fun for children, and gaining strength well having fun doing so.

Workshops and Parties are offered with mediation crafts, and we have monthly and semi-monthly meditation and paint nights for children.
