 50 + is 'GentleYoga' , relaxed breathing & stretching Multi-Level - All levels of Fitness Welcome, Level Two - This class is good for those with a few months of steady practice & are now looking for more challenging practice *Specialty classes are open to everyone working at their own level Intro to Power Yoga - Requires good fitness levels & stamina Power Yoga - For those with minimum one year yogic experience or a good six months of steady disciplined practice.
