8:00 pm - B more challenging breathwork/body movement awareness, power and strength development, stamina and focus one & a half hour class |
5:00pm - P more vigourous yoga including Astanga series, and development of core energy & breath awareness |
10:30 am - P Body conditioning stretching, Sun Salutation, QiKung & Moving Meditation |

10:00am - 12:00pm - G Highly challenging Rajafusion; combining both levels - two hour class |

Level 1 - two classes of this level are required for the first six month of the program Level 2 - one of these classes plus either a Level 1 or 'specialty' class is required in the second semester Level 3 - one of these classes is required and any of the others in the third semester for a minimum of 2 classes per week.
