YOGA IN NIAGARA
" I am attending both the Taoist and Rajafusion classes. They really are a beautiful marriage; one helps the other. The two flow nicely with each other - very beneficial. I've notice the Taoist is making me stronger (especially alignment) in my RajafusionYoga classes. I love the philosophy/theory and readings in class - not only are we getting a physical workout- we are getting a spiritual one - that's so important - to get a deeper understanding of it all. More workshops please! The meditation/breathing one was great! Very helpful and beneficial. I feel more strong, both physically and mentally, I feel that I can take more on in life because of this strength I'v gained and realized. I feel more focuses-more organized- my life has taken a significant direction as to where I want to be-what I want to do. Do yoga! It is such an incredible inner journey - that will only make you stronger, in all aspects. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself - honestly. Yoga really gives you a deeper understanding of yourself - its positive! It gives great energy and concentration!"

" Since October 2002 I have been attending the Rajafusion Class. I enjoy the class and I find that Violet is an excellent teacher. I have never been to a yoga class elsewhere, and am not interested to do so. I find that at Yoga In Niagara there is a calm and peaceful environment that I enjoy. I feel that I have more energy and I feel that I have more patience with the students at school. Being on my feet all day, I used to have cramps in my calves. since my enrollement in Yoga classes these cramps have passed."

" I attend the Rajafusion classes on intermediate class on Thursday night. The atmosphere is relaxing (music, candles, scents...) The one on one is very much appreciated in order to grow as a person both physically and mentally. I like the fact that Violet focuses on our technique and works on our flexibility in order to meet our goals. I like the breathing aspect. For ten years I've had a pinched sciatic nerve and pain in my sternum. After the 3rd class this was gone! I've always been active in sports and Yoga gave me back that freedom! I'm a mother of 3 and Yoga gives me the chance to relax, to tone, to increase my flexibility and strength. I like the explanations on 'why' we do certain things. I'm a biology teacher and I really appreciate it when the anatomy is pointed. Tapes or CD's don't even come close to these classes! Thank you for giving my life a different perspective on things, issues, obstacles!!!"

"The classes are excellent. I enjoy the Rajafusion and Qicology classes. I love the philosophical discussions in the classes. Most sessions leave me with something to contemplate. I have 'degenerative discs' in my neck. My mobility has now improved to full. My flexibility in every other area has improved greatly as well. I wish I discovered yoga many years ago. I would have saved myself lots of suffering. I'm glad to say that it is never too late to improve your physcial and mental wellbeing."

"I thought that you might like to know that meeting you and taking your yoga class this past summer has absolutely helped me to change my life. Before taking your class, I had plans to go back to school and take a business degree at Brock, basically to appease my parents (who have put much pressure on me about school since I was a little kid- lucky for me I was aware enough to recognize this). To say the least I was not looking forward to my future, or even enjoying the present very much. After the class everything changed. It was time for me to take steps towards fulfilling my life's purpose. Science in general has always fascinated me, particularly medicine, although I was never much interested in becoming a doctor of the "regular kind". So I have enrolled in a two year program at the Transformational Arts College to become a Certified Natural Health Care Practioner.Yoga is an extremely powerful thing. More importantly learning to breathe well is a life altering experience. Although I am getting to the point now where I find that every day, and almost every experience can be life altering if I choose it so. Violet, enough rambling, I just thought you should know. Thank-you, and the sources of your dazzling energy, from my seven chakras. You, and your work is beautiful. It reaches the subconscious and beyond for many, many people even if (like me) it takes them a few months to recognize it.
