200 Hr Pilates , Yoga & Barre Teacher Training
Body Barre Fitness & Training Studio is a creative studio blending the best of Pilates, Ashtanga Inspired Yoga, Barre and Functional Training to create an innovative fitness experience. We are now offering a 200 HR Teacher Training program which includes three forms of training to fully grasp the components of the Body Barre Fitness Method. The complexity of this certification sets it apart from the typical Certification. By the end of the training, students will be fully prepared to teach Barre , Mat Pilates, Ashtanga Inspired Yoga and Functional Fitness Training.
We offer a fun and interactive learning process that is structured to meet the unique needs of individuals by spreading the Teacher Training over a 9 month period, meeting one weekend per month. Our teacher training approach is focused on creating balance and strength, increasing mobility, flexibility and functional movement patterns within the body. We respect the traditions of Yoga, Pilates and Barre while acknowledging contemporary influences to add creativity to the classes, allowing individuals to find their own way of teaching. This program is for anyone who has interest in becoming a Fusion Movement Fitness Instructor. Students will complete this program with the knowledge they need to teach fun and safe fitness classes to clients of all ages and levels.
Our Teacher Training Faculty have an extensive background in health and fitness with over 40 years combined in training, certifications and personal practice. Body Barre's environment is supportive, friendly, motivational and up beat.
Limited spaces (15 students) are available to ensure individual attention and on-going support with primary teachers.
