This policy is designed for individuals operating a small one or two person clinic or studio. This policy is not suitable for studios where there are more than two instructors or practitioners.

The master contents insurance policy is written for a term from May 1st. The premium that you pay is based on the effective month of the policy, as all policies will expire on May 1.

Coverages will include:

• up to $25,000 of contents of every description (includes furniture, equipment, tenants improvements and other property owned by the insured or for which the insured is legally liable)
• all risk coverage (exclusions are shown on the policy wordings)
• new replacement cost
• $1,000 deductible applies
