The policy responds to any accident causing injury which results in loss specified in the Policy Section called 'Specific Loss':

• $25,000/$50,000 Principal Sum
• Loss or Loss of Use of Arm 150% or $37,500/$75,000
• Loss or Loss of Use of Hand 133% or $33,250/ $66, 500
• $10,000 Occupational Training
• $10,000 Accident Reimbursement Expense
• $7,000 Fracture Indemnity
• Wrist: 25% or $1,750
• Forearm: 12% or $840

If you are unable to work, you will also receive:

• weekly accident indemnity of 60% of gross earnings to a maximum of $500 per week. This means that if you were to fall and break your arm, you would receive a payment of $1,610 plus up to $500 per week for up to 52 weeks.
• Waiting period is 14 days
• maximum period payable is 52 weeks
• permanent total disability indemnity for gainfully employed members under age 65

Accident Reimbursement Expense will include:

• hospital charges for semi-private accomadation
• services of a nurse ordered by a physician to a maximum of $5,000 per accident
• perscription drugs, sera and vaccines, excluding injectable drugs up to a maximum of a 30 day supply
• licensed physiotherapist up to $25 per treatment to a maximum of $250
• licensed ambulance service to a maximum of $1,000 per accident
• hearing aids, crutches, splints, casts to a maximum of $750 per policy term
• rental of a wheelchair, an iron lung and other durable equipment to a maximum of $5,000 per accident
• licensed chiropractor up to $25 per treatment to a maximum of $250 per accident
